You know that is exactly what we’re doing?? Everything is in place as soon as Dave retires next month! First stop out of Texas will be Arizona, somewhere we’ve never been. ☺️
The opening paragraph! 😆 I never expected to enjoy sports referenes, but here we are, and I'm loving them! So proud of Rico for taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life!
No wife, no kids, so why not! If not now when? Good for Rico for following his heart. I quit a soul-squashing job once, lived precariously for a couple of months, and then everything clicked into place. I never regretted the risky decision for a minute. Sometimes we have to give our self some space in order to make room for miracles. I am not a sports fan, so that entire first paragraph was like a foreign language to me, but I sensed that something negative or boring was going on, and It was enough. Didn't matter. Great story - authentic dialogue. Nice work.
Thank you very much for the kind words! It’s always great hearing your thoughts on my stories. I couldn’t agree more with what you said. Sometimes we have to take those risks in order to live the life we want.
How many years did you teach, Sharron? Did you ever reach a point in your career where you felt at a crossroads with whether to continue or not? No need to divulge any info if you don’t want to. 😄

No, I wasn’t aware! I knew you were in the midst of a move, but I had no idea this is your plan! How amazing! I wish you many incredible adventures. 😀
My wife and I dream about this sometimes. Maybe it will be our retirement plan, too! 😊
Kim, we’re in Arizona!
Great opener Justin
Thank you, Jim!
Ah, the RV life! I hope Rico has a safe and marvelous journey!
Likewise! 😄

Haha, thanks Claire! It’s funny how certain things grow on us over time. I’m happy for Rico, too. 😄
If I may recommend, "The Rain Song," to solidify the autumnal excursion.
Yes! An excellent choice, sir. I listened to it a little while ago when I saw your comment!

About time, Rico. 😉🤣
Haha! I don’t know what took him so long! 🤣
I love the dialogue between the friends. You really nailed an authentic exchange. A great story!
Thank you, Jason! I really appreciate the kind words!
