Aww, let's hope he gets a second chance. I love where you began and ended this story. Just enough information for your readers' heads to work with. Miles Taylour has an echo of John Lennon in his voice, don't you think? Thanks for sharing it!

Thank you so much for reading, Sharron! You know, I never thought of that voice comparison before, but I can see where you’re coming from. Thanks for listening. I’ll have to tell him you said that. It’ll make his day I’m sure! 😄

“What do I do?” Daniel says aloud, asking no one in particular.

Haven’t we all said that on repeat.

I liked the way the stranger helped the young man accept the situation. What's done is done. Often these incidents lead to an unexpected blessing (most of the time if one is open to it!).

Great vignette, Justin. So much said about the young man's character just by his actions. I enjoyed the song too.

"let alone turn around for the foolish passenger who will one day be late for his own funeral."

Well, this begs a lot of questions.

Good song.

Thanks for reading, Mark! Yeah, I left this one pretty open-ended, didn’t I? Maybe a few more details would have helped round out his character some more. I appreciate you reading! And thanks for listening—glad you liked it. 🎶
