What a beautiful telling of the tale through the artwork on the string. I really enjoyed how you told the story through the eyes of the postman. Thanks for brightening my day!

Not just a great story, but a great telling of the story. And the ending makes me realize; there's been a shortage of happy endings lately...

Thank you so much for reading and responding. I hear you regarding happy endings. I felt compelled to write one for the same reason, and I’m thrilled you enjoyed it!

Incredibly clever, actually. Telling a story through the lens of something as innocuous yet deep as the "Art wall." And it was all told from an outsiders' perspective, without dialogue or meeting the family. Wonderful, really.

Thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful comment, Bethel. I’d always wanted to write a story about an observer, an outsider “looking in” so to speak. I’m happy with where it landed, and I’m even happier to know you enjoyed it!

Beautiful. I love the more minimalist approach, the story tells itsself and it has room to breath even if it means I'm holding mine.

I got a chill at the end there, Justin. The good kind of chill. I like the perspective--solely through the eyes of a caring, respectful observer. Beautiful story.

So beautiful Justin. I love the way the art wall tells the story. You are so very clever, and your sensitivity as a man and a father really shines through on this one.
